Dr. Fakhraddin Zeynalov is responsible for driving the company’s commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across Azerbaijan and the broader Caspian region. With over a decade of leadership experience in business development, industrial supply, and operational management, he plays a central role in positioning LU SAFE as the country’s first fully integrated Safety, Engineering, ESG, and Rope-Access solutions provider.

His career spans a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, industrial supply, international trade, and energy-sector operations — giving him a practical, cross-sector understanding of client needs and local market dynamics. Dr. Zeynalov holds PhD degree in External Economic Relations & Investments and Master’s Degree in Business Management.

Mr. Elnur Guliyev leads the planning, coordination, and execution of LU SAFE LLC's training, consultancy, engineering, and industrial service projects.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management and Legal Regulation of Economics from Baku Business University. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Guliyev has held senior leadership positions, including Executive Director, Site Manager, and other management roles across the oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors. He possesses extensive expertise in project management, operational management, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
